The Windsor Jeep Club was started by sisters, Debbie and Laura Kay. Debbie Kay had suffered a brain injury in August of 2014 and she was unable to drive for approx. 8 months while she was recovering. When her doctors gave her the go ahead to drive again she traded in her Jeep Patriot for the vehicle she had always wanted, The Jeep Wrangler! She wanted to give back to programs that helped other brain injury survivors and was looking for a way to do that.
